Commercial/residential applications

With Kaizen commercial residential applications, more safety in winter through heated driveways, footpaths and thanks to outdoor Kaizen heating systems

Don’t worry about ice and snow

You may know this – you step outside in winter and start slipping. Black ice and freezing wetness are often invisible and can have dangerous consequences, especially in terms of liability if, for example, the mailman slips. With an outdoor heating system, you don’t need to worry about the risks of black ice. You can even heat steep driveways, thus making sure they can be used safely all year round.

Kaizen expertise for any area

For over 20 years Kaizen has been developing outdoor heating systems for different fields, such as bridges in cold regions or landing pads and hospital driveways. Those are areas where an outdoor heating system has to work perfectly at any time. In terms of reliability, electric outdoor heating systems are superior to other systems in every way.

Simple laying of the outdoor heating mats into any ground

Outdoor heating mats are available in different designs to match the respective ground. That way, outdoor heating mats can be installed, for example, in sand or beneath cobblestones, but also into concrete or screed. The robust Kaizen outdoor heating is available as both heating mats or pre-assembled bulk stock.

Control of the outdoor heating system

Since permanent heating is not always necessary or sensible, the outdoor heating system can be controlled based on the user needs, for example via a timer or depending on the temperature with ice and snow alarms. That way, an optimal balance between energy use and protection from ice and snow can be achieved.
